Player report approved.
After reviewing the video about 100 times (much to my enjoyment), I have come to the conclusion that the CDM was indeed intentional due to his 'suspects down' response.
However, the accused has also been found guilty of failRP, as the Vice-President would not be driving around in a Police cruiser.
The accused will receive a warning for these actions, as he only has 5 hours playtime on the server.
