Title of Suggestion: Allow taxes to 40-100%
Description: Allow taxes to 40-100%. Anything over 20% is raid-able
Why: 20% is hardly anything, I think if someone wants to risk themselves anything over 20% is raid-able and to stop people getting loads of money then it's a risk to earn more than 20% etc

I don't believe 100% is really viable due to the lack of realism. Even the harshest Dictator wouldn't want to deprive its citizens of every cent, because he still needs them to be able to eat and work so that they can continue earning him money. It would be nice to see an increase in tax however, it's just learning how to balance it.

As much as 100% is really nice, I think there should be a cap around 50%-60&.
