Player Report on: [FL:RP] Stoven - Penguin. - 11-15-2017 Name of player: [FL:RP] Stoven SteamID: STEAM_0:0:35231727 Time in GMT: 1.45am Server: v5p Summary: User RDM'ed/Backseat Admin to kill 1 person who was prop abusing and 1 person for no reason at all, also as gun dealer. You can clearly hear him laughing.  UPDATE: User continued to abuse props at the nexus.
