Concluding notes
After reviewing the case posted by Chris it seems you both have some sort of vendetta against each other. I will not punish for minor rule breakage like this, especially with it being based on revenge. Both of you need to take the mature route and stay clear of each other as much as possible, go and enjoy your own RP.
