Summary: I was the President, sitting in my office, broadcasting laws. I turn around, and there are 2 people there, a handcuffed civilian and a officer (Vero). Vero then unhandcuffs the civilian, and stands in front of the door to block the way in. Teemo, the unhandcuffed civilian, pulls out a crowbar, and proceeds to kill me. Teemo then takes the president job, while Vero stays officer. I go back up to question them on what just happened, when he issues a arrest warrant for me on sight.

This alone is pretty clear that Vero uncuffed him, and then had the guy club him to death just so teemo could steal president
