Summary: This person and his buddy were roleplaying as a Repo company. They stole my pals car so I began to follow them, to my interest however the car became increasingly unstable on the back until it was hanging off. Instead of thinking of a way round it, Frank decided to spawn a prop and push it back onto the back of the truck with no further interest of finding a way around this.

Concluding notes
The above evidence is not sufficient enough and shows no rule breakage. Users are permitted to prop push vehicles that are stuck or not moveable in an in-character sense. I believe that if the vehicle had slipped off the back they couldn't drive it back on, and even if so the reported user slightly pushed the car back on to continue their roleplay. We would punish when the prop pushing goes to the extent of being unwarranted, excessive or disruptive to other users/dangerous to the server.
