Injured Bodies - Kryptic - 09-09-2017
Bodies that are meant to be injured when hit by a car or something are just made into ragdolls, and it does not show as injured so paramedics cannot heal them. so they just have to die. this can be really annoying if you dont have a friend nearby to pickup your stuff.

I have experienced this too, I know there is one solution to get a Officer to Right Click you with his Taser, when you get hit by a car but your not injured but ragdolled you are in the tasered state.
