If you guys had a choice, would you rather have Just Cause 2 or Red Faction: Armageddon, which one would you take and why?

I am really fond of the Red Faction series, even though you can better choose Just Cause 2.
Just Cause 2 has a huge freeroam world. Like...Huge huge.
You have many more things to do in Just Cause 2, like destroy villages and cause chaos.
There's a medium length storyline with fun missions.
