Do you have any higher resolution video or perhaps a HD screenshot of the players name during the situation?
I cannot see the players name or if he was BarmanCZ.

(I would greatly appreciate if you recorded a bit higher resolution videos, as 360p is very low resolution, and you can barely see text on screen)
You could take a HD screenshot during each recording of the player's name, as in the future, it is very possible that videos of this resolution will be denied.
