User was corrupt however he did not have corrupt in his job name or description. He also raided and warranted without valid reason.

There were no laws against it, so it should not have been done. Contraband is illegal things that have been imported or exported since Weed is not illegal by law, it is not contraband.
I think this was a misunderstanding though, so I won't be handing out a literate punishment, but rather a warning to tasel.
