Concluding notes
Reported user has been found guilty of prop pushing and prop killing a user. The reported user has also had a PTE blacklist for a similar offence dealt with by me not long ago, leading me to pose a 1 day ban and 6 hour PTE blacklist on the reported user. Doesn't seem like they're here to RP at all.
