Summary: Was trying to fine him for illegal parking, I pointed a gun at him and asked him to face his vehicle and he said that he understands, I lower my M4 and tried to change to my handcuffs but he instead runs away

well, to be honest, you had your m4 lowered the entirety of this video except for the first 1 second(so "tried to change to my handcuffs" is BS). I didn't break FearRP cuz at the moment I drove off none of you had any type of gun pointed at me.
