Why: Because everyone should be able to use a rod, president must have the right to live like a normal man.

Just for clarification, the fishing rod is counted as a weapon, so in order for this to work, the rod would need to be re-purposed completely or the president is given weapons access. I think the former should happen though.

I see no reason why wouldn't it be approved, after all the President is a human being and he's not suppose to be restricted from playing golf, fishing and even firing a gun.
