Title of Bug: No fireman bonus
Description: There is supposed to be a bonus for taking out fires, just like paramedic has one, but I have noticed that they don't work. There is neither a notification or any bonus cash from taking out fires.

This was removed temporarily due to an issue with fire-spread. It will be readded.
