Summary: I was arresting Yossi for street racing and Santacake(the other suspect) had driven away from me.While I am talking with Yossi, Santacake comes around and starts shooting me with a shotgun, killing me.
Note:The clothing and the car matches Santacake even thought his name is not seen on the video, and another witness confirmed it was Santacake.

After some digging through the logs I see that it was banditstyleE who killed you, not Santacake.
Next time you post a PR on someone please be sure that you know who broke the rule and follow this up with proper and useful evidence.
banditstyleE will receive a weapons blacklist of 3 hours for "killing an officer for arresting his friend/teammate."
