Summary: First I responded to a factory fire at industrial. There I found Eddy, ramming me with his BMW. Then he proceeded to CDM me when I tried to put out a taxi that crashed.
After I respawned, I found Eddy ramming cars in the city. He had died on Connectivity, and spawned another BMW.
After a while of CDM reports, I found him getting arrested by the police. He broke FearRP when told to get out of the car on gunpoint.
Evidence:
I couldn't record every single case of CDM and ramming random cars.

1 day ban, which will be extended and 2 hour blacklist from vehicles will be issued
