Title of Suggestion: User list depending on proximity
Description: When altering the access of vehicles/individual doors, the list will alter depending on which player is the closest. So if a user wants to give access to the car of his to a friend, then if he is close to him he will be on the top. Furthermore, it will be ordered as per it opens.. meaning it won't live-change during the tab being open - this to prevent confusion and names jumping up and down.
Why: Will make the process far more quicker and easier.

I swear, last time I used the vehicle access menu, it had this option.
