Title of Bug:
"Vehicle 3rd Person w/ Passengers"
Description:
When you are driving your car, try switching to third person with somebody in the back of the car (or any seat really). It will cause a really annoying issue where your camera gets stuck in front of the passenger, basically making it impossible to drive in 3rd person.
I'm not sure if this has been posted already. Also, if I haven't explained this well enough, please let me know.

This annoys me so much, I have to look at the side of my car to drive in 3rd person.
