Reduce wheel clamp breaking time - Tomo - 05-20-2017
Name: Reduce wheel clamp breaking time.
Description: Reduce the time taken to lock pick a wheel clamp off your vehicle.
Why: The timer is currently way too long. Once you start lock picking, there is more than enough time for a police officer from anywhere on the map to get to you before you finish lock picking.
