A selection of stylish and contemporary furniture/appliance props from GTA that could really enhance people's build quality.

Subscribe to the map addon above and look through the folder and prepare to be amazed.
From structural props such as a much more realistic looking elevator and contemporary glass windows to hundreds of new fittings and fixtures and setups like a fully fledged kitchen with island and built in units (This could save soooo many props) there's so much possibility for more detailed and realistic builds.
Why:
Why not? Fearless, particularly V4B1 has always had a contemporary city vibe so why not fit in with this theme and bring in some new contemporary furnishings that could save people a lot of props if used efficiently and that also look hella nice.
