Summary: DVN arrested this clearly innocent civilian for simply asking what his friend had done wrong, he claims that he came at him in a threatening manner however it is clear that he did not. I had no part in this arrest I just saw it happen and believed that what he did was wrong.

-DVN was corrupt.
-Arrests are dealt with IC.
Even so, the guy did seem agressive.
