What Isaac said could be interpreted IC as there is no evidence to suggest that it was meant OOC. Whilst incredibly excessive, it's not particularly something I would ban for in-game. I would issue a warning, or laugh it off.
Isaac will receive a warning for excessive use of insulting language In Character.
