Arrived at Connectivity Road as the Police Sergeant (Wolven) called for backup. At the scene there is two suspects, one a rebel, second is [FL:RP] Flame.
You can see/hear Wolven attempting to cuff [FL:RP] Flame, who gets in his car and drives off while being cuffed. Thus breaking FearRP.
