It's meant to be a glitchy effect, likely why it reminds you of it.

Why is everything like got the pixelated blurry glitch effect.

In my honest GFX opinion it's shit, I hate things like that. But I'm much more of a clean cut crisp guy I suppose.

Since March. I've been taking it on as a way of anti-stress, graphic design and general well being. I have CS2 but use computers in school, etc... with CS6 that take on this a bit bett r
