They might be too caught up in other things to deal with a request like that on the spot. Try making a thread here: https://fearlessrp.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=123 and you will be more likely to get what you need in the long run.

Made a thread, thread was "resolved" and removed.
I was told quite simply to go to the server and ask on-server.
This is my third attempt to do so on-server, I have spent a total of 90 minutes on-server trying for this refund and not playing.
