Summary:He was getting arrested by Wolven, obviously he had a weapon out and chased him which means he's under fearRP but decided to carry on running after being warned multiple times. Wolven explained he didn't have a taser? No idea why. Then it shows SecretAngels' car pull up, even though Zeimbekiko is under fearRP, he unlocks his car, let's him in and drives away. This makes them both under fearRP but they still evaded.
In the video you can't see much of the driver but I did get his number plate and track him down and took a screenshot of his vehicle.
