Summary: (So what happend was i as police sargent saw him rekless driving narrowly killing someone so i gotail him and light him up he stops and gets out i stop and pull out my gun and he says "NO" so i shot at his bus killing him as he is risking the life's of civ's so i have killed him and thel one other officer called *Leon* im not 100% sure so i say im clamping it and i said call a admin and he did but there where none on so i clam the Bus and the cop says "the are no admins on" and i say "Okay lets go on patrol" soon later there is a thing on the screen saying someone is destroying a wheel clamp at industrial so i respond its him with a lock pick lock picking the Bus so i say "Stop!" while holding a gun he commplys and i arrest him he then runs while im doing the warrant and dissapears so i just leave then it pops up again someone is destroying a wheel clamp at industrial so i respond and question him why he is doing it and he shout's this is hown in the video )
