Hello Eclipze!
In the evidence you provided, you can see the other guy running behind you with a gun, It surely seems like the government was trying to hit him, and accidentally hit you instead, seem like your HP was low which got you killed!
Therefore this player report in Benlancaster04 is concluded and Denied!
