How do u get gasmask??? on this suit

Is it not a bodygroup, can you not select it?

For some reason if your lucky it will randomly appear on you model when you put the suit on.

The gasmask appears randomly sometimes whenever you equip the suit.
However, this can be set by a Administrator or even be removed by a Administrator.
I believe there is no other way on getting it expect when its randomized when equipinng it or whenever a Administrator does it for you.
