Summary:
Drives recklessly so initially I was going to give him a fine/arrest him, but then I saw he CDMED like 5 people or something and didn't stop or call paramedics. He kepts driving towards tunnel till he died because I shot him with an M4, because he was swerving and almost killing more people. Afterwords he broke NLR, which you can see from the timer up in the right corner. I muted the audio on the 2nd clip because I actually did meta gaming by accident because I was looking for his steam name, and only knew his RP name from his car. So I went over to him and said "ooh its you marc, you werer the one who cdmed people just now and didnt stop."
Keep in mind I think he has like 200+ hours on the server.

Player will be blacklisted from vehicles but will also recieve a ban for Breaking FearRP, by not stepping outside of thie vehicles whilst told to with a gun draw.
