Title of Suggestion: Police armor clothing
Description: this item would be just a clothing that could buy from marketplace (not giving any boosts)
Why: it looks kinda weird when police go with only uniform on in to raid. And increases more Police RP
The Armor would look something like this

Second an rpp limit should not be in place as it's just Kevlar that shows up on the player model.
