i crashed my car i had a gun on me and turkgaming started jumping on my radgolled body and picked up my gun and left

Getting killed isn't really a reason for a refund. If so everyone would do it. Yes they may have broke the rules, but still not really valid or necessary for a refund request.

As Joe Joe allready said, crashing you car ist not a real and valid reason for any typ of refund.
A died often becaues of a crash and lost many weapons and a aint made any refund request yet.

A Refund is not needed for cases such as this. If the person was jumping on your ragdolled body and you have evidence, please feel free to make a Player Report (Here: https://www.fearlessrp.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=14). However cases like this would not result in a 'refund' due to someone killing you via rule breakage.
