You need atlesst 500 hours. And atlesst 10 rrp.

I don't think it's a requirement anymore.
But the chances of getting accepted without 500 hours and 10rpp are verry slim.

Indeed, the community have summed it up perfectly! There are some recommendations as to how many hours and roleplay points you should have, however this is no way a requirement (previously this was the case).
