Turn down the speed and you can see at 0:02 that the green dodge charger runs someone over(citytunnel) without checking if the person is dead or alive.

If you look carefully at the video, you can see the body fly the opposite direction to where Kooshe was driving. Due to this, I have reason to believe it was the other vehicle who hit him. I am also unable to find logs to show that Kooshe ran anyone over at that time or any time around it.
