Summary: I had just had a traffic collision as an officer and, while waiting for a paramedic to arrive, Isaac W Jarman runs over. He then, while screaming down his microphone, continues to stamp on me (clearly on purpose) and punch me to death. There is no reason for this clearly mingy behavior.
