I'm talking about your first join in off the day, not re-joining after you have already joined.

I would say on average, joining fresh about 3 - 4 minutes.

I join in about 5-10 mins. 1) I have a terrible PC 2) I always Tab out so I can do other stuff.

1st attempt: 5 mins, then time out.
2nd attempt: ~4mins.
Same reasons as Create.
