Summary: We tried to stop him but it turned into a chase and after we stop him, he ties me up while guns were drawn. Even after we shot warning shots he still got out, got back in the car and tried to run away one more time before we take them down.

Mr.Celcius: Approved, the accused will be punished for tying you up after a FearRP situation was initiated on him.
fluterbye203: Denied, while the situation was handled quite poorly by him, I do not think he broke FearRP in my opinion. Nico in the video opened heavy fire on him twice, both times it looked like he was shooting to kill not shooting to scare so fluterbye attempted to flee.
