The CDM is quite clear, and appears to be blatant, and the rules do state that you must be afraid of weapons pointed at you, as they were in the video.
I would like to request that you turn your microphone on for Shadowplay recording for future use, as in this case it was clear that the accused was under FearRP, however it may not be in others.
That said, PR reviewed and concluded.
Approved. The accused will be receiving both a 1 day suspension as well as a 1-hour vehicle blacklist.
