I really like the two month concept, however having the names as Trial-Admin instead of Moderator doesn't make anyone's life any easier.

Trial-Administrator [Image: lightning.png] 

If the name 'Trial-Admin' is kept, at least change the icon to a lightning strike [Image: lightning.png]

you could have a competition on the ranks things

like the best ones get accepted and used, allowing people to submit ideas about the new rank things
