Summary: Accused user (Cr4zyGoofy) repeatedly broke FearRP when confronted by multiple officers. He had escaped from Jails and was refusing to follow us (me initiating the FearRP is shown in chat in one of the screenshots below) after being handcuffed and tazed multiple times. Also in one of the screenshots he asks us to kill him in chat which is also FailRP.
