Floodify promoted to admin and developer - SoulRipper - 02-25-2017

Floodify has been promoted from moderator to an admin. He has proven that he's a great staff member and as reward he's now fully part of the admin team.
But not only that, he's also been promoted to web-developer. This means that (after a brief explanation how the website is structured) he'll be focusing on improving the website. For example improving the Dupe Manager or the Top 20 page.
