Dear Community,
As you’ve noticed two days ago two of our staff members resigned. SnowredWolf said he resigned because of growing tired of Fearless. Spear didn’t want to include his reason publically. This evening I’ve had a long conversation with both of the resigned staff members and I came to the conclusion that it is indeed my fault. I have not dedicated myself enough to the staff team, I have ignored issues, delayed easy tasks and I have had a careless attitude that has resulted in a dissatisfactory community in many aspects. For that, I want to formally apologize here. I want Fearless to be a great community, but I have not put enough dedication into the community for the past months.This is going to change and that’s what I’ve promised SnowredWolf and Spear, and that’s what I’ll promise you; the community and the team.
I’m going to address all problems and improve all points that have been brought up by Spear and SnowredWolf, as well as other team members. I will concentrate on the communication of the team, the improvement of a more easy way to contribute codes to Fearless (making it easier for Contributors to contribute to Fearless), giving the developers better tools to work with, and making it easier to develop together.
This will be all to develop both new features for CityRP but also develop for a healthier community. I will assume responsibilities I once held and maintain these to my fullest power.
This should hopefully result in a team with enthusiastic admins, a dedicated owner, more updates and no more admins resigning for the reason that they’re not satisfied with the owner.

I have heard of people's in-satisfaction with your ownership for a long time now, while I have never had an issue with you myself as I have not had much/any contact with you that would require your assistance in the past but I am glad that you are hoping to move forward and bring Fearless forward.
