Hello.
This evidence is rather poor and does not show any blunt rule breakage. Video's are normally the most sufficient way of capturing prop abuse so if you have one, please show us.

The evidence clearly showed enough evidence to prove my point and I feel as though you didn't bother to look at them all and flick through each one to see the actions that unfolded.
The screenshot clearly shows a radiator prop being tossed at someone who was swimming in front of me. You saw the splash and his head vanish, and also saw the culprit.
However if you really wish to nit pick, I will spend the pointless hour waiting on a video to upload. -.-

First of all, you can lose the snippy attitude. You will not accomplish anything using that kind of tone. Show a bit of respect.
