So i was interested in buying the 1 million dollar BMW and i think i could get all that money within 2 or 3 weeks, but is it still avaible for purchase during that time?

its called contraband and the paramedic job(paramedic only when server is laggy, then lots of people crash for you to heal)
you can make several 100s of thousands in a day with contra depending how long you don't mind sitting on V2D
i also suggest buying it second hand, cheaper easier to get money together
