Summary: I saw him equip a gun in mainstreet, then put it away, I follow him and he runs into the elevator. (probs to kill president). I stop him and search him. As you can see he is a citizen and owns a gun (and is also tresspassing). He then D/C while hand cuffed to avoid being arrested. (look in chat for the search stuff). You can tell the timescale by looking at my time stat and how long the message had been in chat.
