Summary: Went around as a gun dealer and started rdming. Unfortunately I couldn't get evidence of him doing so. He was props blocking, prop pushing government officials and broke nlr. When I contacted him warning him that he cant do these things he completely ignored me and started being racist in ooc. He's not here to roleplay, he's here to cause trouble.
