i am attempting to fix the bug where it will not detect my gmod in full screen
when that is fix i willl be running test for different quality thanks for u feedback

Try running GMod in no border mode.
1. Open Steam > Right-Click on Garry's Mod > Properties
2. Go to 'Set Launch Options'
3. Add the following command

Tip: Try and see if you crop the beginnings and end of recording so you don't see xsplit
P.S. Same with explore, I have a graphics card rigged up so if you want me to do some recording I would be glad to do it ^.^
