Have you made sure that in Gmod all the required games are automatically selected? (Bottom right main menu, gamepad)

Right, just a little update.
I've reinstalled GMOD along with reinstalling all the addons, And removed ones that are not related to fearless.
It worked!
Thanks everybody so much for spending time commenting and suggesting fixes. I really appreciate the help.
