I was on the server at the time too and he kept going for ages and ages. Wouldn't stop insulting everyone who called him out in chat.
This all started because someone ran him over with a truck when he was having a fist fight with a police officer in the middle of the street for reasons I still don't know. So he got ran over for simply standing in the middle of the road as a truck was coming and didn't move and then got hit then throwing insults out in OOC.
