Summary: (What happened?)I was a citizen, and then this 'Citizen' pointed his weapon on, I told him kind and friendly that he was breaking a rule, That involve Weapons As Citizen, weapons in public and so on, I told him to Get to F1 to read the rules, He sayd yes. After some minutes again, he camed again, and this time he RDMed me (As Citizen).

Due to the RDM a weapon blacklist will be issued.
